I too have been threatened if I do not pay.. can these people do that? I told the caller I was not interested various times.. then he asked for me to help him by "purchasing" products.. so his story touched my heart and I agreed. He tried to sell me some kind of car cleaning product but then said it was $30.. and I was shocked and said the price was too high and asked for a product with a lesser amount. He then explained all products where that price.. He promised me the product, a cleaning solution, would last me at least half a year. I received a TINY package in the mail immediately.. and was insulted so I didnt open it and returned it to sender. I felt deceived and lied to. After a few weeks, I received bills in postcard form and threatening calls. I told them I had returned the product and explained why. The caller did not care, she said I had made a verbal LEGAL agreement and that I was responsible for that amount. She tried to intimidate me and kept saying I was responsible for that "DONATION".. which in fact was NOT a donation.. my intent was to purchase the product at a high price to help the caller but not after he lied to me.. This company is a consumer predator!!

WHY HAS NONE OF THE ABOVE GONE PUBLIC. WE ARE IN THE SAME BOAT. SENDING BACK THE PRODUCT WE NEVER ORDERED. HAVING NO LUCK WITH PHONE CALLS. DID RECIEVE A CALL BACK FROM AN EMPLOYEE THAT SAID SHE WAS OVER ALL THE PEOPLE AND WE TALKED FOR A WHILE. SHE WAS SORRY FOR ALL THE CALLS AND HARRASSEMENT AND THAT SHE WAS TERMINATING OUR DEAL. CLOSED IT OUT. THEN 4 DAYS LATER THE CALLS STARTED AGAIN. WE FILLED A COMPLAINT WITH ARIZONA BBB. THEY SAID THAT AHADW INC. HAS 59 COMPLAINTS IN 3 YEARS AND ARE RESOLVING THEM TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. WE ALSO HAVE TALKED WITH OUT LOCAL T.V.AND NEWSPAPER THAT DEALS WITH CONSUMER FRAUD. LOOKING UP THIS COMPANY YOU CAN FIND NEW PHONE NUMBERS AND THE PRESIDENTS NAME AND NUMBER.
