Always the same « Congratulations... » I don't know the rest of their message, I always hang up before the « tions ». My cell is for very specific situations for some customers, friends and family, I have to answer.
Those people (callers) are the Hell and I just want to sent them back there : they are a pest. On the Web I can manage to stop SPAMERS and pests like them and even give them back some trouble but that's not possible on the phone.
