they called me and the first time it came in as "31 39385721" . those r spoof numbers, they call that service and punch in what number u want 2 show up on the cid. they can be anywhere, it is a scom.
Just got this call on my Kingston cell phone. Did not answer and they didn't leave a message. I have been getting A LOT of spam calls lately. I'm going to change my number soon because nothing seems to stop these [***].
