Got the same scam phone call at 9 am this morning in FL. On my answering machine since I do not answer the phone unless I recognize the name or number. It definitely is a computerized voice saying IRS is filing a lawsuit and to call 315-215-3455. It was from (supposedly) Alexandria B NY. What a shame some people will be scared or intimidated and call this number. The word needs to get out once again, do not fall for these fakes.

Called the number back and it rang for several min. Then an automated female voice with a message sounding like she was not of the US said to leave a message.
This is a scam. I don't have any reason for the IRS to call me. If they did need to contact you, they would do this in a letter. This call came at 11:38 a.m.
