received a number of robo calls from 315 228 0479. when attempted to call them back their phone hangs up on me. It is a recording to "all business owners confused about Obama Care."
This number shows up on my cell phone at least 4 times a week. If I answer, you can hear them hang up. If I let it go to voice mail, they never leave a message. I don't understand this. Why call if you hang up when someone answers? And why call if you are not going to leave a message? It doesn't make any sense at all. But then again, when did telemarketers make any sense anyway? I would love to get some of these sub-human scammers. I'm sick and tired of this whole telemarketing situation. Why can't the government put a stop to this?
robo-callers are awful. no way to block them, they just change their numbers again and again, using fake "call back" numbers to fool your caller ID. most of them are calling from outside the US anyway, nothing you can do.
Called about an insurance enrollment. I asked them to remove this number from their list. They then told me they would not remove the number from their list unless I provided a full name. Nope. That's not how it works.
