Got a call from this company and said was being sued for some unknown reason. I asked for details and they couldn't give any. Oh yea i live in CA btw lol.
Two calls in a row. Did not respond to either. The phone stopped ringing after three rings. That's how I can usually tell that it's a robo call or scam.
Got a call from 315-308-4074. Asked who's calling and they said United Processing Service. They were told I wasn't home and said "have a nice day Sir." I know for a fact I don't have anything against me. Total scam.
Told me there was a civil case against me. I asked:who? The caller said I was the plaintiff and the defendant????? Definitely a scam. Do not call the number. If there is really a civil case against you, you will receive paperworks from the courts not a call. Don't give out any personal information.
We just recieved the same thing somehow have other relatives numbers and making claims from before my wife and I were married at an address neither of us lived at so nice scam
