Received a call from a caller id of 7. Message was left to call 315-538-9901. They claimed to have filed legal papers on an outstanding pay day loan. I have had some payday loans but am now working with a consolidation company to take care of them. The caller had a strong indian accent and when I called them back they could not even tell me what company the loan was through. I informed in MO they hav to take me to court and that it is a civil matter and once I receive paper work from them I would see them in court. I wish there was a way to stop these scammers.
I used the nickname lying [***] because this is what the man kept calling me when I told them I did not owe anyone any money. I asked for their info so I could contact my lawyer and that was when he started this rant calling me lying [***] over and over.
SCAMMERS, big time they called on behalf of CashnetUISA, I called CashnetUSA and they referred me to their complaint department because they are scammers.
