At 6:54PM on 9/15/2011 I too got a call from 317-215-5321 with the poor quality female voice telling me my CHASE Credit card had been stolen. This is a landline based in Indianapolis, IN. I called the Osceola County, Florida Sheriff's Department and reported it.
These people text from all kinds of numbers & call but do not leave a message. Should your cards ever be compromised, you will NOT receive a text & if reached by phone, no personal information will be asked & you will be advised to STEP INTO A BRANCH to verify identity. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THESE TRAPS!
Got a call from this number just now. Electronic female voice informing me that my HSBC debit card was stolen. Too bad I don't have an HSBC anything. Hung up.
