At 6:54PM on 9/15/2011 I too got a call from 317-215-5321 with the poor quality female voice telling me my CHASE Credit card had been stolen. This is a landline based in Indianapolis, IN. I called the Osceola County, Florida Sheriff's Department and reported it.
they keep calling about my credit card with them I do not have a card with them I have call my cell phone company they tell me they have a way to deal with this will see
They called my wife's cell at noon (Pacific time), came in as unknown, but left the same message, cut off at the beginning. Later (at 2:20 pm) they called again. This time it came in with this number. Exact same message, cut off the same way. We DO have cards with HSBC, so after reading several posts, I called them. They assured me no call was made to me or my wife on our accounts. She did the right thing. Ignore the call!
