At 6:54PM on 9/15/2011 I too got a call from 317-215-5321 with the poor quality female voice telling me my CHASE Credit card had been stolen. This is a landline based in Indianapolis, IN. I called the Osceola County, Florida Sheriff's Department and reported it.
I received a call from this number at 11:00PM telling me that they regretted to inform me that my card from some frigging credit union had been compromised, and that I could press 1 to to be transferred to get this rectified. This is just another scam to get someone's personal information. The phone number traces back to no one. A lot of these scammers spoof the caller ID so it won't come back to them. If you get a call from this number hang up and do nothing. They will go away.
