The caller claimed he was from Navient. He seemed very unprofessional and didn't seem to know what to say. He immediately asked for my date of birth, but then I questioned him. He responded nevermind have a good day. Very suspicious... I recommend not giving out personal information.
Watch out. They want you to give them your full social security number or they do not tell you anything. Our student loans are well managed. They have not send any mail.
