I could hardly hear the person on the line. Wanted me to confirm my social security number. Asked for me by first name... I think she said she was from Quad? I don't know... couldn't hear her... she was VERY RUDE. I don't confirm my social on the phone :)
i placed a call to my gf and this number came up on her caller id even though i was calling from another state. This happened even after hanging up and calling her back a second time. The call was muffled and broken up like a cell with bad reception even though we were both on landlines. when i called the number it said to enter a PIN #. could be a law enforcement agency....
