I could hardly hear the person on the line. Wanted me to confirm my social security number. Asked for me by first name... I think she said she was from Quad? I don't know... couldn't hear her... she was VERY RUDE. I don't confirm my social on the phone :)

Warranty Activation Dept, I ask them why are you calling all hours of the night!!!! When I asked them for the name of their company they hung up on me.
