Same here exact numbers but mine was a man named Frank. He would leave message after message, I answered a few times getting no answer, then finally he started talking when I told him he was a scam and I worked for the Police department, he hung up on me after saying he would see me in court. Haven't heard from the number since...
i have been getting calls from this number for weeks,and am going through a divorce and health issues and the pushed me to a point on agreeing to pay then figured why ? when they could not even pronounce my name in their broken English,then they leave messages that to call them back at a California number and gonna send the cops to arrest me? i went to my local police with the threatening messages, and they just said to ignore them.
If was a real collection call they would not have the sounds of several ppl in the background
yes i just got a phone call and they were sooo rude...told me they were going to sue me and arrest me send the information to the Sherriffs office. I am going out of town and they told me I better not or I would get arrested???? what the heck??? what do I do???????
I've gotten call by Micheal Jones and trust me he was not a Micheal Jones. I couldn't make out a word he said all I heard was $474.52 and I need a lawyer. He left a message on my cell phone with a number that I could call and when I did surprise no Micheal Jones. But I did get to talk to Angela Smith who was no Angela Smith and she said I owe them $652.18. I told her to put her supervisor on the phone or @ least someone that could speak plain english. One thing lead to another and I fliped the F_&# OUT. These people are low lifes. If you get on the phone with them make them keep repeating them selves over and over (if you can take it that long) an they will either hang up or make a mistake in the information that they give you.
They also use two other numbers 518-336-0791 and 518-336-0794 they will pretend to be law enforcement with a department called the BCI. They are scam artists and they will call every hour 3-4 times within in a minute if don;t anser or have them forwarded to voicemail.
I just received call on my cell phone it went to voice mail. They called three times in a hours and said if I didn't call back all they could to wish to wish me luck as the situation unfolds. They have a indian accent hard to understand a man's voice with the name Debbi!! Its the same scam that has called before with a different number trying to get money not owed.
