Same here exact numbers but mine was a man named Frank. He would leave message after message, I answered a few times getting no answer, then finally he started talking when I told him he was a scam and I worked for the Police department, he hung up on me after saying he would see me in court. Haven't heard from the number since...
I have gotten several of these calls today. All of mine have been from 'Jennifer'. Exact same message, call us as soon as you get this, or have your attorny call, if you dont i wish you best of luck as this escalates... blah blah... her accent is so think its hard to make out what she says, her english is all broken up... she can barely pronouce 'Jennifer', its like she is sounding it out... the # that called me wasn't a real # either 320-051-685.. said for me to call 626-239-3140...
I JUST GOT A CALL FROM THIS GUY HE CLAIMED HIS NAME WAS RAYMOND, BARELY SPOKE ANY ENGLISH. HE LEFT A MESSAGE ON MY CELL VOICEMAIL TELLING ME TO CALL HIM BACK IMMEDIATELY OR HAVE MY ATTORNEY CALL HIM OR ELSE GOOD LUCK! I TRIED TO CALL THE NUMBER BACK BUT IT DID NOT EXSIST. I AS WELL TRIED TO GET A PAYDAY LOAN SO I GUESS THAT IS HOW HE GOT MY NUMBER. WHAT A JERK. THAT WILL TEACH ME... WHEN THEY CALLED THE 1ST TIME THEY HUNG UP ON THE VMAIL. THEN NOT A MINUTE LATER CALLED AGAIN. LEFT THE VMAIL. THEN CALLED RIGHT BACK AND HUNG UP. THE NUMBER ON THE CALLER ID WAS 320-051-685 (NOT A REAL #) .. THE NUMBER I WAS TOLD TO CALL BACK WAS 626-239-3140. HOW DO I REPORT THEM????
I recieved several calls from them also they have all my information my bamk account info my employment and all when he claimed i owed money for a payday loan i never got i asked him to send me information on it he said i will be getting court information from them to appear that he will not send me any other information when i asked what company they are from he started saying all kids of letters abc and i asked him what company and what date was the deposit he did not answer he just kept repeting himself i want your attorneys name i refused to give him any information and the threats left on my voicemail were horriable telling me good luck on the bad things that are going to unfold upon me the number he left on my voicemail was (626) 239-3140 and it leads to a voicemail that is full i do not take threats lightly and i have a call into my attorney for this but not sure what can be done that it looks as if the caller is not in the us
I have been getting calls from weird numbers telling me that I'm going to jail bout a check advance in my name that I didn't do. He has changed states and numbers this week!!! Please help to stop this from happening to anybody else!!! He has changed from me to my disabled aunt that is very child like and cnt even take care of herself!!!
