Same here exact numbers but mine was a man named Frank. He would leave message after message, I answered a few times getting no answer, then finally he started talking when I told him he was a scam and I worked for the Police department, he hung up on me after saying he would see me in court. Haven't heard from the number since...
I just received call on my cell phone it went to voice mail. They called three times in a hours and said if I didn't call back all they could to wish to wish me luck as the situation unfolds. They have a indian accent hard to understand a man's voice with the name Debbi!! Its the same scam that has called before with a different number trying to get money not owed.
I received a call from this number and I did not answer it. I listened to my voice mail, he told me his name was Shawn and it was very important that I call him back. Something to do with legal matters and I was going to go to court and jail if I did not call him back. I contacted my local police office and tried to report what was happening. Believe it or not they told me that I should just ignore it and it will go away. I told him this is harassment and asked for charges, he said there is nothing "we" the police station can do.
OMG! this is a total scam!!! It's been happening to me for several days now. Let me guess it's someone with deep middle eastern sounding accent, person claims they are with some federal dept. then person threatens arrest or jail, always gives an innocuous american sounding name....the scarry part is that person has some personal details and was able to get my personal cell phone number that I'm very selective on giving to anyone....
Got a phone call yesterday from 1-831-607-9214 and they left a message saying they are collecting for cash advance group and told me my amount owed would be cheaper if i paid today.I told them i don't have that kind of money laying around and they threatened to take me to court. They called from a different # today it was 320-051-085 and i told them i was consulting a lawyer and they got pissed off and hung up. So then i called them back over and over and over until they told me the name of their company they said it was Steve Williams and Associates, i again threatened them with my lawyer and they hung up.
he used another number today 909-233-7108 but same storys as above. sounds like he is from india. guess i am going to jail according to this guy. GIVE ME A BREAK.
