Called the home phone and the cell phone 15 minutes later. Cell phone is to keep in touch with family only. Coincidence? Maybe. We all are retired with no student loan debt, especially. Thanks for the information.
I get a call from this number everyday.I don't answer because its from Minnesota and I dont know anyone from that state. It is very annoying I wish whoever it is to stop calling my cell phone.

they called me. Said please hold for an important business matter put me on hold with some cheesy music then they hung up. I *69 the call and a man answered by saying Hello. I said "whos Business do I have. The man sounding very surprised on the other end asked how i got a hold of this number and i said I stared 69 and call backed. then asked me to give my name and phone number which i refused to do. He got very upset with me and asked how i would feel if some one called me and asked for that kind of information. I told him someone keeps calling puts me on hold then hangs up. that falls under harassment and maybe i should call the police or the states Attorney General office and then i hung up.
Chris if you were called then it is clear that they have your number already. You were either calling from a blocked # or a different number which they didn't call, therefore would be unable to explain why they called you because you haven't identified yourself.
