Received a call from this number just now.  A message was left to call regarding a law suit being filed by the IRS.  Pretty sure it is a scam!

Just got a call from this number this morning talking about the IRS filing a lawsuit against me. The IRS would most certainly notify by mail, not phone. SCAM.

It's a scam. The message I recieved said it was a final notice. The IRS would send a letter first.

Came home from church to fine a message saying the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. The IRS does not call they send a letter. Hope no one falls for this.
