Just received a call from this number, not first time but today they left a message. IRS is filing lawsuit against me. I am not as stupid as they would like to think. I don't answer calls of numbers I don't recognize.
Same thing happened to me and I do have a case with the IRS, I do know for a fact that they don't call and they don't send txt msg. they send you a letter first and you call them or reply by mail. I don't know if anybody has Sprint cell service thats all I have so I called them and they put the number on a blocked list I don't know if it covers everyone but they won't be able to call me again. I had scammers calling me about a payday loan as well and I had their number put on that lis as well something you may want to check out with your phone company.
