Just received this call about reducing credit card rates. Today was the final day. Considering I do not have credit cards I chose to connect and find out where they were from. I connected and he said, he understands I am interested in lower credit card rate. I said no I am interested in finding out what credit card company you are calling from because I have none. He hung up. I was victim of identity theft just a few months ago. Can never be too careful! Never give out your info, tell them you will look up the main contact number for the company and call the main number back. Never give private info to someone that calls you!
Scam to gain credit card info. they tease low rate offer expiring today. then they ask for info for bank account and credit card. ask them what company they are with and they will hang up. DO NOT GIVE INFO
Got a call around 3:15 pm. I was in the shower so I didn't pick up. My phone said it was from Florida. Although they called once they managed to leave 4 14 second silent voice mails. Accidentally called them back and it said the phone was busy.
