I received a robocall from this number at 3:45 PM CST (GMT-6) today. The recording started with "Hello, this is Sarah from Consumer Services." I hung up at that point.
I was talking to the credit card guy and the first thing he asked me was what is my credit card number and when I asked him if he had my info he said yes then but it's not in front of him, I told him I would wait and he hung up on me
Called moments ago. I said hello 2xs, but they just hung up. This means they have a robo dialer that tries to screen out answering machines. Just say hello quietly, they will hang up. The other option is to get them on the phone (several hellos or other words in different pitches), then keep the rep on the phone as ling as you can, without giving them any real information.
