While many say this number comes up as a FL number, my caller ID listed it as a Washington call. I also asked for a toll free number and what I was given, 1 855 393 4949, is listed as a TX corp number for Techicare at http://techicare247.com/contacts.html. The lady, (Darlene Weber = sp?) claimed to be a rep for a law office, of Bryant, Bryant & Associates (sp?), looking for someone with the same name as my BF. I say it like that because we are aware of another person who lived in GA and has the same name. She also claimed he would be arrested if he didn't call and deal with it. I have not found this B B & A law firm, only B & A and they were of varied business types. Most of her info was old as far as our addresses go. I'm not sure how they got this house number since it's different than what any "old" collectors would have at this time. I've worked for lawyers & courts previously and it's never been my experience that the legit one's are so willing to share or pass on info to anyone who is not the person they are looking for, not related or married to... Why do the bottom feeders try and get everyone else to do their jobs for them!?!
This number appears to be a scammer claiming to be a legal office . Upon googling the address of the above phone number the address given ... 430 Seabreeze, Indiatlantic, Fl is a residential address not a legal office
These people have just called my mother in law and said that if they didn't pay this amount that they would be coming to arrest them. And they knew everything about her and her kids and whole family. Its ridiculous that people are allowed to do this. The number was a Florida number claiming to be a law office...321-369-9092...trying to collect for a Cash Net company. She was worried and gave them her debit card info

I verified the ino that ms weber was telling me and it was correct I resolved this issue and it was reported to all credit bureau's and taken off my credit repor thanks to them I was able to move into my new home thanks BB&A
