Who called from 3217409999

Lots of calls from from the 3XX area code. Sound effect "raspberry".

They called me today. While the message played I got my little whistle ready. I pressed 1 to talk to an human:

Human:Card Holder Services

Me: Yes *whiiiiiiiiiiiiistle*

I wonder is their headset blurps me or they can hang up fast enough? WHAHAhahaha!

Called without leaving recorded message. I am not certain what the lowlife want. Name Not Found caller ID. Obviously phony id and attempt to conceal caller. Number is almost certainly phony as well.

I have written a petition to stop the harassing phone calls. I need 47 more signatures to send it to Congress. Thank you.

My caller ID says Florida and 321-740-9999.  It's a recorded message "alert" about my credit card  trying to get me to lower the interest rate.  The voice gives you the option to press 3 to no longer receive calls,  and when I push 3, it hangs up.  But they keep calling.
