I recieved a call today from Jason Green stating that I owed money from a Payday loan . WHen I inquired about the payday loan I declined the loan because i read the fine print. Jason Green identified himself as a Federal Agent that would have me detained because I defaulted on the Payday loan. When I looked at my bank statement dating all the way back to November 18 I saw no deposit from the Payday loan company he says I got the loan from. But I do see where they took 99.95 out of my acct for interest.
he notified me that The Feds will be at my desk tomorrow to arest me for the $300.00 they say I owe them.
I told Jason that the way a payday loan works is they take the money out the following payday, hence the term PAYDAY LOAN!! He says thats not how they work.
The reason I declined the loan was in the fine print it says they can take the money even if it will overdraw your account. So I figured I didnt need the loan that bad. I have a call into the Attorney General of NH . I hope they can help me.
I just want the calls and threats to stop.
I asked Mr. Green where they are located and he said in Florida . So I am also going to call the Attorney General in Florida and see what they can do . These people have nothing to do with the Federal Government.
I just had the same thing about an hr ago. so i called the federal or financial crime enforcement agency. since mr.green couldnt make up his mind as to which organization it really was. the man told me to contact the local police to start a file against them and also call the FBI. Mr.Green told me it would be downloaded to the courts which sounded really weird to me. Since things arent downloaded to courts. They are in deed filed. so after i contacted the FBI I called mr. green back to mess with him a little bit. In the first conversation we had he told me they were out of new york city, The second time i talked to him he said they had and I quote "had offices in cocoa beach and in florida" I started laughing my [***] off And told him he was an idiot because cocoa beach was in florida. What a bunch of dumb [***]. So my suggestion to you is to call local police and file a complaint and call the local FBI. They will direct you to a website or a number to call to file a complaint. Hope this helps. but if you want to have fun with this guy call and mess with him. say your names abdul. since he thinks we are dumb enough to believe his name is Jason Green with his accent. Keep your Head up, and dont Give this [***] any info. By the way his number is 3217452007 ext 800. I plan on making this guys life a living hell. I'll harrass him like he did to me.

First call I got from this jason green was last week fromm 1911 and he told me I had until 3pm to either have my criminal attorney call him back or to pay over a thousand dollars to him to avoid going to court. I hung up on him and he called and left me a nasty msg. Next call was this week and my caller id showed my work number. He said he was outside my job and going in to speak with the manager to get me fired. I laughed at him and told him to go ahead...we were closed! I went to hr the next day and found out he had called a few weeks prior about myself and other employees. They said he had never been there and that he hacked the work number. They decided to call him for me and he gave a long name for the company he worked for stating he was going to come arresst her, me and the owner. Now that I know this guy is fraud I can't wait for him to call me back were gonna have some lovely words!
