Missed this call and when I returned it I got a message that said extension 123 was not able to answer the phone. I could leave a message, but the message box was full. This is irritating and I had my number put on the DO NOT CALL list. They had called my cell number.
Just got a call from a Kathy stating that they were calling on behalf of a payday loan. SHe said she had a criminal complaint against me. I asked her ot verify some information and that I wanted it in writing. if someone has a warrant out for my arrest and it is legitamate---there would be a writtnd summons. When I told her this--she said that she would give me no information and that i should jsut have my lawyer contact her. I reported this numer to the Attorney General and filed a complain on ftc.org.
I also received the same call from a lady by the name of Kathy. She gave me the number 321-745-2007 ext 484 to call Kimberly Croft (Clark?). This is the second time they have called me at work. They caught me off guard last time and had told me I had charges being filed against me because of not paying back a pay day loan for $300, yeah ok. Thank you for all this info I will be reporting them TODAY!
Recv'd call from Meghan Johnson @ 321-745-2007, stating if I did not take care of my debt that it would be consequences since I committed a serious crime. Told me I owed with interest and fees $995.30, when I told her that I did not have any money she got angry and said she was calling my employer. She actually called them and gave them a list of allegations against me. I now know that based on all the complaints that they are a scam and will no longer be getting any of my information.
i got this same number calling my work and cell stating he's officer jason green but the last time he called said he was kevin smith, david barker that there is a "legal complaint" on me what a scammer! now he called with a recording stating to call "866-402-4043"
