I have an old cellular TracFone and I don’t answer unknown numbers. Someone called today at 1:37 PM, my voice mail picked up and they left a message claiming they were from Florida Blue and that they would call back later.  My phone number is registered on the national and Florida Do Not Call Lists, however these are probable scammers and WILL NOT abide by any DNC List!
