I have an old cellular TracFone and I don’t answer unknown numbers. Someone called today at 1:37 PM, my voice mail picked up and they left a message claiming they were from Florida Blue and that they would call back later. My phone number is registered on the national and Florida Do Not Call Lists, however these are probable scammers and WILL NOT abide by any DNC List!
I decided to answer this call and made "Unintelligible Sounds" for approximately 1-1/2 minutes! Whoever these people are, they hung up. I added them to my BLOCKED list of unwanted callers.
They called, I didn't answer. This is my cell number they keep calling. I called it back. Recording answered said: thank you for calling the healthcare survey, please rnyer your ID number! Really? Stop calling me!
