I have an old cellular TracFone and I don’t answer unknown numbers. Someone called today at 1:37 PM, my voice mail picked up and they left a message claiming they were from Florida Blue and that they would call back later. My phone number is registered on the national and Florida Do Not Call Lists, however these are probable scammers and WILL NOT abide by any DNC List!
Calling both the mobile & land line simultaneously for several days. I don't answer as the 800 after any area code I'd a dead giveaway of a sales call or scam.
Whoever it is keeps calling and doesn't leave a message. I keep missing the call, because I've been resting, I'm sick. I tried to call the number, and it doesn't go through. I did just get bcbs insurance though.
Before being redirected to an Atlanta insurance agent for a free supplementary health insurance quote by a company called First Quote Health at 858-926-1709, that switchboard operator asked for my phone number as part of a standard questionnaire. I never put my number anywhere, in any field, on any form, on the internet. Within an hour my phone went haywire and I the first two days alone I've blocked all these calls (and texts):

The calls continue, unabated. From everything I've read it will be easier to change my number than to continue dealing with this, and that's what I intend to do.
