So very tired of getting calls like this. I am on a do not call list...which I think must be worthless considering the amount of nusiance calls I still receive.
Recorded message about a Florida Disney Vacation - and some code to take advantage of it. Press 1 to continue 2 to be taken off the list.. I'm on a do not call list so pressed 1 to talk to whoever it is to ask them how they got my number but the call ended as soon as I pressed 1. This does appear like a scam.
I dialed *57 which reports the last incoming call to the local law agencies. It traces the incoming call even if the number is spoofed. I recommend others who might have not got any other incoming calls after that to do the same. FBI gets this and they investigate the incoming calls if they get a fairly large number of complaints against a single number.
Dial *57 if you haven't yet received another call. This does a trace on the last call and reports it to FBI. The do not take immediate action but they eventually do if there are a large number of reports on a single number.
