Just another scam/spoofed number. Was a hang up call, which is pretty typical for these evil bozos. Have gotten hundreds and hundreds of these types of calls, even though have been blocking the numbers as fast as possible. The Disney vacation scam has been around for quite some time .... is an old con. They constantly change out numbers.... which means that the ability to block, isn't all that helpful.
