Who called from 3232040744

Called my cell phone. The man asked for "is this the head of household?". When I said, "no". His reply "ok, no message to be left".  Then hung up. No company name at beginning of call or ID of person calling, which I am sure would not even be their real name.

I got a call too from the number. It is a disabled vet scam fundraiser.
