Asked for me by name and hung up. I called back and the line busy.

Called my cell phone and didn't leave a message.  Caller ID inicated the number and from "Huntington Park, CA."  Now blocked.

Called me at 10:30 at night. I blocked them.

This is an operation to cheat you of your had earned money!
There is no such organization that the Veteran Administration had recognized, nor known of.
DO NOT give them a penny.  Block this number for all veterans sake.

call asked for me by name, wife was on the call, the caller changed people and said they would talk to her instead, she hung up.
