chad answered after pressing 9, giving me a hard time. told him to take me off their call list. he said they didn't have a call list. said 80% of the world has credit cards, i don't have any? told him NO. asked me if i was one of the 20% that doesn't have credit cards? i said YES. he said i wouldn't be getting that call if i didn't have credit cards. i told him several times i have ZERO credit cards, so there are NO rates for him to be lowering! he just kept on - i don't have a sister (living with me??) a wife, anyone living with me with credit cards.
they just don't take no for an answer. told him several times to take me off their call list, always had a question, like, "you're one of the 20% who doesn't have a credit card?" like i was BS'ing him.
I AM ALREADY ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST, HAVE RESIGNED UP SEVERAL TIMES A YEAR SINCE IT CAME OUT
Do not give these people any information. It's a scam. They call from multiple different numbers, one is 801-520-1980, and they say they're from your credit card company and they just need your card number and personal info to see if you're eligible to lower your interest rate. They then tell you you're not and use all your info to wipe you out. This is what I've read on another site when I researched the 801 number, and it's the same people because it was the exact same recorded message.
DON'T GIVE ANY INFORMATION AND PUT YOURSELF ON THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY IF YOU'RE NOT ALREADY ON IT SO YOU CAN START FILING COMPLAINTS EVERY TIME THEY CALL YOU.
I asked to be put on a no call list. Alex gave me a confirmation number G0T0H311 (Go to Hell)
He hung up immediately when I pointed this out. These A-Holes need to be stopped.
i call back with my cell which call some one shows private caller , then get one of them on the phone and tell them there going to need life insurance if they don't stop calling lol lol ..
