I have been receiving calls from this Rachel from Card Holders Services too for over 3-yrs... and you can't respond because it's automated!!! I have tried the Anonymous Call Rejection, by pressing #77... then you listen for the conformation tone that the feature has been activated. This helps for a couple of months but then she got through again and is continuing to call my landline.
Now!... the number 323-204-6190 is calling everyday starting @ 8:10 in the morning. However, I was able to call it back and a man answered. He wouldn't tell me who he was, he just said that the number was a BUSINESS NUMBER! Does anyone else else know who to call or a method of blocking them out Permanantly

this number calls at least once a day, I have told them to stop calling, reported them to the attorney generals office, but they rotate numbers so they can continue to call. they hang up if you complain or tell them tpo stop.
this # called I pushed #9, asked please to remove my telephone phone. I told him my # is on the do not call list, the party laughed and informed me only sex offenders are on the do not call list. I am
going to file a complaint against this #, this is the 3rd call from them in two weeks.
