This shows up on my phone as voicemail and it can't be removed from the notification bar without a factory refresh on the phone, clicking it simply dials that number which is then immediately hung up by my phone. [***] Hacker!
"Congratulations! You have recently applied for a loan and been approved..." automated message left on my husband's cell phone voicemail. He hasn't applied for any loans.
called me & didn't leave a voicemail but they let it ring until it got to voicemail. i'm with verizon & if it's att calling, they shouldn't. reading other posts got me scared..
