This shows up on my phone as voicemail and it can't be removed from the notification bar without a factory refresh on the phone, clicking it simply dials that number which is then immediately hung up by my phone. [***] Hacker!
Got a Voice Mail from this number. It first showed "Emergency Use Only" then, after I opened and closed it and tried to make it work, this number showed up. It dialed to a no voice, only background noise answer. My wife is asthmatic and I'm on the Lung Transplant recipient list. Thought is could be an emergency call about her or to me. Very upsetting!! Reporting this to my telephone company. [***], I'm still shaking.
My phone said I had a message, I usually delete without looking...it deducted the time for viewing the message. I don't know who it was from, message was from this number. I don't remember if there even was a message. I also have a tracfone.
