This shows up on my phone as voicemail and it can't be removed from the notification bar without a factory refresh on the phone, clicking it simply dials that number which is then immediately hung up by my phone. [***] Hacker!
Received two calls from this number yesterday. Caller ID read "Toro Tony" so each time I let it go to voicemail. No message was left but you can hear a male voice chatting in the background before hanging up.
Called my cell.at 9:30 in the evening. Left a 15 second message of background noise that sounded like an office (or call center), but there was no speaking.
