Just got a call from this number to my cell as well. Claim they are from Microsoft and are getting serious error messages from my system. I've had this phone call before and just thank them and hang up.
323-235-789 is the same scam number as 354-523-566. As others have posted, they claim to be Microsoft - at that point, I tell them never to call my phone again (sadly, this just means my number will be recycled to another scam number) and I hang up.
I keep getting calls from crazy phone numbers. I will not answer my phone. I downloaded call blocker on my phone. Since the call will not go through to my phone they try a different number to call from. I just keep blacklist the new number they call from. They do not give up !!!!
