Got a call from this number and they did not identify who they were looking for and stated that there was a lawsuit against my SSN, that I should call back for case details as this is time sensitive and to have a blessed day. No reputable collection agency will say those things and if there really was a lawsuit you would receive written documentation from an actual court that you would have to sign for. This is 100% Scam.

JD Law is not a law firm. These persons ARE NOT attorneys. I am aware calls are going out, threatening arrests if immediate payments are not made. You WILL NOT be arrested. This is a bogus strong-arming tactic being used to intimidate people into making payments. FAKE FAKE FAKE!!!
Got the same voice mail a little while ago, saying they would only fax information to my attorney. Can't wait to call them back and tell them that I AM AN ATTORNEY and that I have turned over their information to the United States Attorney General and Illinois Attorney General and am having it further forwarded on to the appropriate governmental agencies. Now, do they still want to fax information to me?!?!
