I believe this is the same company American Health Solution who also use 206-489-0367 and 901-444-3519
They just hang up when you say no....so I started saying sure...then I waste about 20 minutes of their time with bogus bs and then say NO, I don't want your insurance. They threaten you with being arrested if you call them back and get pissed because of their own harassment! It's unbelievable!
