Someone call my job today and tell my store manager she have court papers to deliver for me she told them they not allow on my job so they her case number the lady name
Left me a voice mail for "Anita" (whomever this Anita is- ALL her bill collectors call me!) saying she was being served papers (gave specific address, again, not mine) and that she needed to be there to receive them. Said to call that number back if "anything changes", saying its the number of the "issuing firm".
No idea what it's all about. Seemed scammy but I get her bill calls a lot so I wouldn't be surprised if she's being sued or something.
Guy calling landlord to say they will enter rental unit with police officer to serve papers for big lawsuit. Seems like they are just harassing the tenant.
Left a message for a "Sean M Brady" (no one in my house by that name) and said that they needed to be on the premises of "101 Champagne Circle," (not my address) to receive papers from the law firm.
