Called, left no msg, will block

Luckily, No Mo Robo blocked this call.  But I am beyond fed up with all of the idiotic scammers who call me.  I would say that 75-80% of the people who phone are scammers.  I cannot believe that nothing further can be done to stop these callers!

So, why does this scam continue?
Obviously, there must be enough dummies that fall for this scam to make it profitable.

When the phone rang I noticed Los Angeles, CA on CID . I jokingly thought to myself that my big break into Hollywood had finally come.
But it was obviously another bogus caller that was stopped after the first ring.
