Received call from this number, don't answer it! Call received on 8/17/2016 at 3:17pm.

seems like this number has been out of play for about a year but they are back.  Didn't answer.  Blocked.

Called. Did not leave message. Blocked.

Drowning telemarketers doesn't work.  Breaking their machines does.  Consider them interstate gambling machines, since they betting that 1 out of 100 will answer.  Report them to the gaming commission.
