I have been getting at least 1 call per month by an alleged DEA agent. The area codes vary, but the story is always the same. The fastest way I have found to relieve the stress of a hectic day is to have fun with them. I normally start laughing, and ask them "how many poor [***] actually fall victim to your scam?' When they start talking, I cut them off and demand to know how the hell they live with themselves? Some continue with the same blah blah, but usually they just hang up.
The latest was a call from Colorado, no accent at all. Last month is was from somewhere in Washington state, no accent. I can almost predict when they will be calling, as I get a phone call a day or two before from some unknown person trying to sell me rx. I regret the day 7 years ago when I ordered tramadol from an online pharmacy. On the positive side, I get to have fun with a scammer on a monthly basis!
Good luck to all and may God bless!
Got a call from 559-399-0863 about a warran for my arrest and oredering me to go to an address to pay $3000 to get out of it. That address turned out to be a check n go cash.
Got a call today from a "DEA" officer, Mike Thomas, from Division 38, phone # 509-671-9769, which says it's a phone number from Newport, WA. I called back the number and the same guys voice said I had reached the Drug Enforcement Agency Criminal Investigation Unit. I left my name and he called me back, quickly. I am not a dumb person, and I had purchased online rx's over eight years ago, this guy scared me and had me fooled for a few minutes. He told me I was going to be extradited back to the Dominican republic where these drugs came from and that they were 40% cocaine. I would be arrested for drug smuggling charges and I was facing 25 years. He asked me how my family would like seeing my face on the cover of the newspaper. He also said I had four choices, Outpatient treatment, house arrest, jail time or pay a fine. I told him I would take outpatient treatment which he quickly changed to six months of in-patient treatment. By this time I had figured out he was some piece of [***] scumbag. He pushed for the fine and I asked where I needed to pay it, I told him I had just pulled up to my local police office and would turn myself in. He said this was not the police, it was the FBI and he had three agents coming to arrest me. I asked where they would be coming to arrest me and he said my place of work. I hung up and called the DEA agency and reported the extortion scheme. This shook up my whole day. Imagine if these dirtbags actually applied themselves to a real job and worked for a living. Thank God I didn't send any money. Which reminds me that he was quoting scripture while he was trying to extort money from me, which I found odd. This POS really got in my head and I felt so violated...gross! I had purchased drugs online over nine years ago and these scumbags still call me. A few weeks back, I got a call from the same guy (I'm guessing saying, "This is Charlie call me back ASAP." Thinking it was a work call I called back and some gangster rap prison dude was telling me to "hear him out," after I told him to never call my phone again. He called back a week later with the same [***] message and then today "Mike Thomas, DEA agent" calls. I left all of my contact information for the real DEA and gave them all of "Mike Thomas's info. I hope the real DEA calls me and they get these scumbags.
This is a very terrifying scam. My DEA agent called from 410 (Maryland) area. When I told him to talk to my attorney he went ballistic and said he would see me in court.

EXACT same thing as you all. Scared me to death. When I told him to talk to my attorney, he got angry and said "I'll see you in court!!!!!" UNBELIEVABLE!
