They are reasonable about identifying themselves and taking your off the call list if you talk to a live person. However, I agree that they should not be calling & hanging up without leaving messages. It happened to me and it's creepy and wastes my time to have to identify the number online. I've been on their mailing list for years but this is the first time they've called me to solicit donations.
