Who called from 3233885808

Why am I'm getting calls from this number they don't say anything and how did they get my phone number.

This number has called me 4 times since September 10. I've never answered the phone.

Keep calling me don't say anything or leave any message.

I too have received multiple calls a day.  The company has an answering machine when you call back in regards to refinancing a loan or leave a message"remove" to stop the calls.  It doesn't work and very annoying.

I have been getting calls from this number for weeks. I refuse to answer it. Sometimes they call a few times a day, very annoying.
