I had to answer because I was expecting a call from this area code. The usual dead air for 4-5 seconds - then sudden onset of background noise (like a boiler room) and someone asked for me by my first name. When he said he was a licensed contractor I hung up.
Another telemarketing thief with an untraceable cell phone soliciting innocent people with his scams. Just like Islamic terrorists, these scumbags buy these cheap phones to use in their schemes. And everyone's getting a cut, from Apple/Android corporate punks to the worthless government slugs at the FCC.
3/30/16 9:49 PDT Was on phone when this call came in. Went to voice mail and after robo kicked in some person on the other end asked for me by first and last name and seemed to expect a response from the machine, exhibiting the stupidity of these callers.
Received a call, left no message. It's a cell number. It's new too. I pushed "#" and entered 2 PIN#'s. 4134 and 1111. Surprisingly, the 1111 worked because these scammers are moronic. I checked all 15 messages, lol...people just calling and hanging up. No one took this call serious. As of 11:20am, PST, the PIN is 1111.
