Call blocking doesn't work because they are using spoofing to hide their real numbers. Believe me, I've tried. They're calling me anywhere from 8 to 15 times a day. I have blocked 8 numbers on cell phone so far. However, some numbers contribute to call despite being blocked because of the spoofing software.
It started a few days ago. I notice that these comments are all pretty recent so this must be a new wave of attacks. And that's what it is, an attack. It's horrible and the FCC needs to do something about this!
This number has called me several times telling me because I havent had an accident or DUI in the last 6 mos I qualify for some care insurance. When I told them I wasnt interested and not to call me again the caller became irate and said that he "wasnt trying to f*cking sell me something today" and hung up.
Foreign guy said he can lower my rates for auto insurance. He had the wrong name and wrong location, didnt know what I drove. Told him I didnt drive and he hung up.
