I had to answer because I was expecting a call from this area code. The usual dead air for 4-5 seconds - then sudden onset of background noise (like a boiler room) and someone asked for me by my first name. When he said he was a licensed contractor I hung up.
IF these harassers get there due date in court and they get a fine for each and every unwanted call or Multiple calls to same number I have going on 3 yrs or records on calls made and numbers used. This regular called at 4:30pm no message
