Second what April said same damn idian accents and same bs story from multiple numbers sounds like same guy all the time but different names everytime don't give them any info but theyll constantly call even if u never answer them they call back to back. It's funny just to answer and let them listen to dead air the get angry and start yelling the eventually hang up.

An indian accent calling mentioning your last 4digits of SSN and asking to return call due to case against you by the law name Chris Matthews..sounds suspicious, of course, not returning this kind of phone call..

Caller said he was from the Federal Restitution Department. When I asked him what branch of the Government this department fell under, he could not tell me. Then I asked him for a phone number to the Federal Government where I could verify this department. He gave me the number to the FBI in New York. I spoke with the FBI in New York and they stated that there was no such department and to block all calls of this nature. In addition, it is against federal consumer protection laws for them to misrepresent themselves as any federal, state, or local government law enforcement officer or employee.
